Below you will find details on different ticketing options, so you can make the best decision for you and your group.
Please read our COVID Protocols and make sure you are in agreement before purchasing tickets.

Meal Plan and Community Kitchen.
There is a meal plan available, at $200 for 6 full meals and 2 continental breakfasts: Thursday dinner, Fri-Sat continental breakfast, brunch, and dinner, and Sunday brunch. Meals include omnivore, fish, vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options. More folks voted for 2 full meals to keep costs down than for keeping it at 3 meals per day, so this is what we did. See more about the meal plan here.
Saratoga also has a new café onsite, called the Rainbow Bar, which will be open 8:30am-2:30pm each day.
We will also continue the modest outdoor kitchen set up, if you would like to manage your own food. There is a propane stove, bbq, refrigerator, prep and dishwashing station, and electrical outlets for kettles and hot plates. You are also welcome to use the microwave inside the dining area. You are welcome to leave your (tightly sealed) coolers in the kitchen area. You can replenish your cooler’s ice through Saratoga for $5 a bag. Hexenfest will provide coffee and tea service for all attendees regardless of whether they are on the meal plan.
PLEASE NOTE: NO FIRES AT INDIVIDUAL CAMPSITES DUE TO EXTREME FIRE DANGER.
Lodging Options
Festival Pass (Staying Offsite): Cost $205
This pass is for folks who prefer to stay in one of the hotels in town. There is a Super 8, The Tallman Hotel, and the Lodge at Blue Lakes, all within a ten minute drive of Saratoga Springs. The rate is reduced to help offset hotel expenses. (Also Saratoga charges us less for folks staying offsite overnight).
Festival Pass + Camping: Cost $290, Kids $150
This festival pass includes camping onsite. Saratoga Springs is located in a valley, and has many shaded camping spots. Even so, it is a good idea to bring a shade structure, as some spots do get partial sun. Also, in October there is a possibility of rain.
PLEASE NOTE: Camp spots are available on a “first come first served” basis. Not who bought tickets first, but who arrives on site first. We do not have the staff to stake out or reserve specific sites for people. You are welcome to send an emissary to stake out a spot for your group if you will be arriving late. (Attendees can arrive as early as 4pm Thursday Oct. 26th).
Saratoga has had 600+ people camping onsite, and we don’t anticipate going over 300, so there will be plenty of good camping options.
Festival Pass + Car Camping: Cost $290
Same as camping, but in your car. These spots are limited, as Saratoga tries to keep the main gathering areas free of cars. If two of you are sleeping in your car or small van, one of you can purchase a car camping pass and the other a Festival Pass + Camping. (All people staying onsite must have a camping pass, as per Saratoga Springs’ requirements).
RV w/o hookups (inc. 1 pass): Cost $325
This is for a larger van, trailer, or small RV. These sites do not include plumbing or electrical hookups. Includes one festival pass. If two of you are sleeping in your RV, one of you can purchase an RV pass and the other a Festival Pass + Camping. (All people staying onsite must have a camping pass, as per Saratoga Springs’ requirements).
RV with Electrical Hookups (inc. 1 pass): Cost: $410
This is for RVs that would like electrical hookups. No plumbing hookups are available. These hookups cost a bit more than a spot with no hookups because Saratoga charges us $25 a day for the electrical. If two of you are sleeping in your RV, one of you can purchase an RV pass and the other a Festival Pass + Camping. (All people staying onsite must have a camping pass, as per Saratoga Springs’ requirements).
Festival Pass + Bell Tent Glamping: Cost $1000 (1 queen bed), $1100 (2 queen beds).
This festival pass includes camping onsite, with a fully equipped bell tent, set up for you before you arrive. Includes one festival pass, and you may share the bed or beds with 1-3 other festival + camping pass holders. Bell tents are furnished with:
Portable power Station with 300w and 600w surge for powering phone, fan, heater, lights
One or Two Queen sized futon beds with bedding, blanket/comforter, two pillows
Lights
Table lantern
Garment rack
Inside Rug
Two folding table/trays
Heater
Fan
2 camp chairs
Outside mat
Water dispenser w/ 5 gallons of purified water
INDOOR LODGING:
Festival Pass + Dorm Bed: Cost $335
Dorm beds are located in the upstairs of the main lodge. You get the entire bed, top bunk and bottom. You can use the additional bunk for your clothes, or offer it to a friend who holds a Festival + Camping Pass. There are 4-5 bunks to a room. This area is air conditioned. It is also over the common room, which may have late night revelry. Good for night people, and folks who don't mind wearing ear plugs. (PLEASE NOTE: there is no elevator to the upstairs area).
Summer Tent Cabin ( inc. 1 pass): Cost $385
Small screened-in cabins. No power or bathroom. Like camping, except you don’t have to bring your tent. They have double futon beds. Ticket includes one Festival+ Camping pass. You can share with another person who holds a Festival+ Camping pass if you like. (All people staying onsite must have a camping pass, as per Saratoga Springs’ requirements). PLEASE NOTE: These cabins are cold this time of year, and require warm bedding and clothes to be comfortable in.
Wood Tent Cabin (inc. 1 pass): Cost $440
Single room cabins with full beds, and power but no bathroom. Fee includes one festival pass. You can share with another person who holds a Festival + Camping pass if you like. (All people staying onsite must have a camping pass, as per Saratoga Springs’ requirements).
Large Cabin 1 Bedroom (Inc. 2 Festival + Camping passes): Cost $795
This ticket includes one bedroom in Cabin 1, which has 4 bedrooms. Perfect for couples or close friends. Includes two festival passes. This cabin has a private bathroom and showers. It does not have a kitchen.
Large Cabin 2 Bedroom (Inc. 2 Festival + Camping passes): Cost $795
This ticket includes one bedroom in Cabin 2, which has 4 bedrooms. Perfect for couples or close friends. Includes two 2 Festival + Camping passes. This cabin has a private bathroom and showers. It does not have a kitchen.
Please view our lodging diagrams page before purchasing, to see the layout of each cabin and which rooms are still available. Choice of rooms is first come first served, and sold out rooms will be listed on the lodging diagrams page.
Plan ahead and snag several rooms in the same cabin with your besties!
Hotels
There are 3 hotels in town, just 10 minutes away. There is a Super 8, and also the Tallman Hotel or Lodge at the Blue Lakes for those who like things a little fancier.
(Captain Obvious says: If you like your drink, this may not be the best option for you. The roads are dark and windy at night. If you plan to drink, please assign a designated driver).
Work Trade Tickets ($150)
Our work traders make the festival happen! Unfortunately, we are not able to offer full work trade spots this year, as Saratoga is charging us per person. However we are offering substantial discounts, and you’ll work less hours. Work trade tickets are $150 and include overnight camping. Your work commitment is 2 3-hour shifts. Please purchase a work trade ticket, then contact Natalie to sign up for shifts.
SOME OTHER STUFF
Festival Support/Scholarship Fund
If you are able and would like to, there is an option to throw in a little extra to support the festival, which operates on a very tight margin. We keep this available for scholarships if there is need. If there isn’t, it gets directed to whatever needs it most. Look for this donation option at the bottom of the Eventbrite ticketing page.
Ticketing Fees.
We are now absorbing ticketing fees, so you won’t have an extra surprise at checkout.
