Saratoga Springs Meal Plan

For just $200 you can have fresh, delicious meals served to you every day of the festival from Thursday evening until Sunday brunch. With vegan, gluten free, vegetarian, and omnivorous options each time, that’s quite a deal and takes all the hassle and worry out of packing, keeping, and preparing food so you can spend more time enjoying the festival.

NOTE: Coffee and tea will be provided to ALL attendees regardless of whether they are on the meal plan. There will be a modest community kitchen available for those not on the meal plan, which includes a BBQ, propane camp stove, prep and dishwashing station, microwave, and electrical outlets for hot plates and electric kettles.

NO INDIVIDUAL CAMPFIRES OR PROPANE STOVES ALLOWED DUE TO FIRE DANGER!


What’s on the menu?

Continental Breakfast

Coffee and tea will be available beginning in the morning and continuing throughout the day.

Friday and Saturday mornings, there will be a continental breakfast of oatmeal with fruit, nut, and sweet toppings, granola, yogurt and milk with dairy and dairy-free options, a fresh seasonal fruit platter, and a toast bar with bread (gluten free available) English muffins, bagels, butters, jams, nut butters, and cream cheese.

Mid-day brunch

On Friday, Saturday, and Sunday of the festival you’ll be served a brunch feast in addition to the options at the continental breakfast above. Each day’s meal will be different, and will feature an entree with vegan and gluten free variations such as fluffy scrambles with sausage, maple butter breakfast slider sandwiches, roasted veggie & bacon strata, pancakes, or French toast.

Sample Dinners

Dinner is served on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night of the festival. there will always be delicious, satisfying vegan and gluten free alternatives to every entree. Below are a few example spreads you are likely to find.

Tarragon Chicken

(or Mushroom tofu alternative) with wild rice pilaf, sweet potato puree, seasonal roast veggies, baguette with butter, and salad bar

Mediterranean pita

Falafel or marinated chicken, hummus, quinoa tabbouleh, dolmas, tzatziki, tahini, mixed greens, olives, cucumbers, tomato, with fresh veggie medley with fresh pita wrap or gluten free bread

Pulled pork or jackfruit

On a soft bun or gluten free bread, served with fresh coleslaw, sweet potato fries, gooey macaroni and cheese, and green salad

Marinated chicken or fish tacos

On your choice of flour or corn tortilla with pinto beans, Mexican rice, fresh salsa, sour cream, cheese, limes, onion, tomato, salad bar and vegetarian tortilla soup

Yellow Thai Curry

Slow-cooked chicken or tofu in yellow curry with stir-fried vegetables, jasmine rice, and salad bar

Deep pan lasagna

Your choice of meat & veggie or vegan GF lasagna with roast vegetables, baguette and butter, and salad bar

Hawaiian plate

Grilled Hawaiian chicken or tofu alternative, Mac salad, white rice, coleslaw, fresh green beans, and green salad

ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. We are a small festival, and we make decisions on behalf of the festival based on sales. If you can’t attend, we will help you resell throughout social media, or we will honor your tickets the following year.
